Swimsuit Season

So I don't think it matters who you are- whether you are short, tall, thin, curvy, or somewhere in between...none of us really love bathing suit shopping. I know it wasn't thrilling for me this season, especially after giving birth to twins. My skin just isn't quite the same after being stretched like that. All worth it though :)

I will say however, I have had so much fun shopping for swimsuits for the twins. They have some really cute suits out there and since I plan to spend a lot of our summer at the pool, I knew we needed a few good options. I thought I would post two adorable ones I found this past week while out looking. I must say I was very impressed as I thought to find something cute I would have to pay a little more and perhaps look at Nordies or a baby boutique but I found these at two old faithfuls- Gap and Old Navy- hooray for adorable and budget friendly!

Darling swim trunks for Jackson from Baby Gap

Anyone who has met my daughter knows that this swimsuit is SO Emma Kate. The ruffles, the pink, the bikini...she is going to look precious in this suit from Old Navy! (ps- the bottoms are turned around so that is the rear but I just loved all the ruffles and had to show them off!)

  1. I am sooo in love with ruffles for little girls. I've found that after size 3, most places don't do ruffles so I'm going all out this year! :) And just an fyi, a great place for little girl bathing suits (in my opinion) is Janie and Jack. They hold up soooo well. I frequently snag them at their end of the season clearance sale in the size she'll need next year.
